March of Dimes 2010

Today, Matt & I joined a few of our friends to walk in the March of Dimes in Yoctangee Park.  We walked in memory of the Burke Twins and for Simi and Libby Anderson who were both born pre-mature. The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality.  It is such a wonderful cause and is amazing how individuals from across the country work together to give all babies a fighting chance.

Puppy Update

Well our little puppies are not so little anymore.  They are growing like crazy so we thought we would post a few pictures of our growing pups and give you an update on Marrs.

Marrs went to MedVet yesterday to have some tests done on his heart.  We found out that the murmur is not quite as bad as we originally thought.  Even though it is not as bad as we thought, his cardiologist did put him on some medication and more than likely he will have to stay on that for the rest of his doggie life.  He unfortunately will have many limitations when pheasant hunting with his brother but will still be able to do everything else a doggie can do!

2010 NCAA Final Four

As most of you know Matt is a Butler grad and a very proud Butler grad at that.  When Butler made it to the NCAA Final Four, needless to say Matt was stoked.  The minute they won their game to go to the Final Four he was on the computer looking for tickets.

We made the trip to Indy last night to watch Butler hang on to win against Michigan State to make it to the Championship Game against Duke.  We had a great time cheering the Bulldogs on and I must say the atmosphere was like no other. It was truly amazing.

GO BULLDOGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
