Elli is three months old today! What an amazing month it has been. Elli is now rolling over, holding her head up really well and talking up a storm. Elli also got to meet Auntie Heather, Uncle Jer, and cousins Annie and Millie for the first time this month. Mommy went back to work a couple weeks ago which was really hard, but we have adjusted pretty well. When mommy is at work Elli stays with her new sitter, Miss Kelsey! Kelsey has been wonderful and has been very patient with me as I check in on Elli every so often. She also sends me pictures most days of her which has helped with the transition back to work greatly.

Very sweet. Love that her personality is showing in pictures now. Glad you are making it at work. Hope all is well. We miss you all.
I think the first picture in this post resembles Heidi, when she was baby.
everyone keeps telling me elli looks like me..i do see it in these new pics! she is getting so big! i miss seeing her! have to get together soon or give me a babysitting night!
