Baby Knisley Update
I apologize that this is a little late posting but our internet has been down for the 3 weeks and just got fixed today! I wanted to post a quick update from our last ultrasound. It was amazing to see Baby Knisley's little features and everything seems to be going as well as can be expected. The heartrate was 149 and weight around 1 pound 2 ounces. Sorry to dissapoint everyone, but we didn't cave in and find out if it was a boy or girl. Well at least I know I looked away when it was time but not so sure about Matt. What do you think it is?

Holly's Baby Shower
My cousin, Holly, is expecting Twins in March and this weekend my family and I threw her a baby shower. Despite the snow, we had a really good turnout. We based the theme around her nursery and everything turned out great. I think she was a little tired by the end of the shower but she definetly has a good start for when the babies arive.
Lots of Yummy Food! The ever talented Erin Allsop of the Cake Kitchen made the cakes.
She had lots & lots of gifts to unwrap and lots and lots of baby clothes to wash up!

Preparing for Baby Knisley
Wow, how time flies by. The last time we blogged we were just over 12 weeks pregnant and now we are a little over 20 weeks. Half-way there! I have been feeling Baby Knisley move quite a bit lately and Matt has gotten to feel it as well. Such an amazing feeling. I thought I would share some pictures of our nursery and our preperations for his or her's arrival in May. Matt decided that one of his Christmas gifts to me would be to decorate the nursery, as always he has out done himself. I absolutely loved every little detail. The crib just came in this week and we are still waiting for the glider( a big thanks to Pa & T) to come in and the room will be pretty much complete.
would be complete without a TV, including the Nursery.

Back to Blogging............
Well after a couple of months of not blogging.....we're back! The past couple of months have been a whirl wind with lots going on in our lives. Here is a glimpse..................

Celebrated our 1 year Anniversary in Indy * Went to the OSU vs. OU Football Game * Celebrated Aunt Phyllis's Wedding Day * Started training Marrs & Mendel to hunt for Pheasants *Working long hours * Enjoyed a Halloween Party in our neighborhood * Prepared for and attending Junior Civic League Gala * Celebrated Em's 1st Birthday * and much, much more!
The most excited thing that has happened to us in the last two months is that we found out that we are expecting. I am a little over 12 weeks along now with a due date of May 24th. We couldn't be anymore excited to become parents! Other than the morning sickness, that lasts all day long, everything has been going smoothly. There are days that I'm not sure if Matt quite knows how to handle my sickness and tiredness! We have decided not to find out what we are having so everyone will have to wait to be surprised.
For the sake of posting pictures, I thought we would post some recent pictures of our first children! They are growing like crazy and are very spoiled little dogs! Enjoy.

Golfing in Kiawah!
As promised here are a few pictures of our awesome golfing experience in Kiawah. As most of you know Matt taught me how to golf a few years ago and I have been hooked ever since. We have taken a golf trip to West Virginia and have enjoyed golfing around Chillicothe during the summers. Since Kiawah is a golf resort we decided to take advantage of the beautiful courses. Matt was not able to come down to Kiawah until later in the week so Nate and I decided to play a round together at Turtle Point before Matt arrived. Nate learned from our round that my putting needs a whole lot of work. We had a lot of fun despite the 109 heat index!
On our last day Matt, myself, Nate and even John played at Courgar Point. It was a rainy, buggy and crazy hot day but we took advantage of the day and had a great time! John, despite not playing for quite a few years, turned it on on the back nine! Better dust your clubs off Jackie because he might want to take up the sport again! Thanks guys for allowing me to play golf with you. I had a great time!
Turtle Point
Cougar Point
What a fine group of golfers!

Kiawah Island Vacation
Antoher Knisley Family Vacation has come and gone. We had a great time spending time with the whole family. This is one of only a handful of times that the whole family is able to be together. I think we made the most of it! Here are a few pics from the week!
